You must exercise caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. For marketing services, we use Mailchimp, an online marketing platform. To communicate with our clients your personal information that you provide is contained within a distribution list on the Mailchimp platform.
On occasion you may be asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey regarding MOBIA's services. We use Google Forms to administer and analyze the survey results.
