Rob Lane

Rob oversees and drives the strategic growth of MOBIA.
Rob oversees and drives the strategic growth of MOBIA. Over the past 33 years, he has grown the company from a team of 5 employees to over 200 employees across Canada, overseen three corporate transformations, rebranded (ARCOM Electronics to MOBIA) all while ensuring that people — the MOBIA team & customers — are at the core of all MOBIA does. Outside of work, Rob enjoys cycling, fishing and spending time with his family.

Michael Reeves

Mike is responsible for steering the transformation of MOBIA’s core services and go-to-market strategy.
Prior to joining the team in 2014, he spent twenty years helping early stage technology companies develop business strategy, raise capital and be successfully acquired. Mike is a passionate cyclist, health fanatic and an avid reader. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.

Chris is responsible for running MOBIA’s North American business operations.
He brings with him 20 years of technology experience and is passionate about helping customers bridge the gap between technology and business. When he isn’t at work, Chris can be found coaching basketball, volunteering in his local community and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Bill (CPA, CMA) is responsible for MOBIA’s finance and corporate administration functions.
With more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience, he brings a diverse background in public and private industries and learnings from various merger, acquisition, equity and debt transactions. When he isn’t at work, you’ll find Bill curling, cheering on the Montreal Canadiens or golfing at Oakfield Golf Club.

Nea leads MOBIA’s VP of Operations which includes Recruitment, Engagement, Wellness and Human Resources.
During her twenty years at MOBIA she has held a variety roles including Resource Manager and Director of Employee Development. Outside of work, Nea enjoys reading to her son, interior design and playing the guitar.

David Carrigan

David is responsible for operations improvement initiatives (People, Process, Tools) that enable the organization and drive continuous improvement. He leads the Continuous Improvement and Analytics (CIA) team, responsible for corporate initiative prioritization and scheduling, corporate informatics, project analytics and costing and process improvement and automation. David also leads the Strategic Initiatives(SI) team, responsible for corporate compliance, improvements and projects, and corporate quality and safety management systems.
He brings with him more than 30 years of IT solutions management and delivery experience and has held leadership roles at some of the largest IT service organizations in North America. Outside of work he is a lead vocalist and keyboard player for his band ‘The Classics’, enjoys windsurfing and keeps Koi in his backyard pond.

David Carrigan
Calvin Deleavey

A driven senior leader, Calvin has a track record of building highly successful teams, including the leadership of large, geographically dispersed teams to execute some of the largest initiatives in the history of Telecommunications in Canada.
Before joining Mobia, Calvin spent the last 10 years (of his 31 year career with Bell) assisting with FTTH deployments that spanned 6 provinces and almost 200 communities, including some of the largest metro deployments from Ontario eastward. Calvin has performed a number of functional roles through the years, and has led teams in a wide variety of Telecommunications areas including Customer Services, Sales, Engineering, Standards, Process / Systems, Planning, Contract Management, and Program Management. Since joining Mobia, Calvin and his leadership team have grown the Mobia Broadband & Wireless team by 20% annually. He continues to have a tremendous focus on the customer, and combines a sense of urgency with a wealth of industry knowledge to relentlessly move and evolve the business forward.

Jim Cannon

Jim Cannon is Vice President, US Operations, MOBIA and is responsible for leading MOBIA’s expansion into the United States.
He brings with him more than 20 years of IT and services leadership experience and has held strategic roles at Advocast, Toto Communications, Charter Communications and Working Group Two. Outside of work he enjoys the Denver area, family, soccer, skiing and antiquing.

Allison MacEachern

Allison MacEachern is the Director of Broadband and Wireless Services Professional Services. Allison is a seasoned manager with a background in Project Management.
Allison achieved her PMP in 2008 and as a Project Manager worked in several industries including company branding and advertising, new product development with Department of Defence (Canada and USA), new software development for RRFB and Bell Canada, human resources satisfaction surveys for Telus, Emera, Workopolis, IBM, Bell, ERCB, and EMC, as well as software upgrades for the legal department within Deutsche Bank, before starting with MOBIA. Allison choose MOBIA because of its focus in the telecommunication industry and a privately owned local company. Allison has a strong focus on building the individuals on her team. She excels in leadership and problem solving, whether it is increasing efficiency, getting projects done on time, setting expectations, consistent communication or mentoring team members. She will draw out the best in others and lead the success of her team. Allison’s services team is currently over 250 people and growing.

Nicole Murphy

Nicole leads MOBIA’s global marketing function and is responsible for thoughtfully amplifying MOBIA’s offering by working alongside partners to share success stories, highlight technology solutions and create thought leadership content.
A creative by heart, she brings a vast array of marketing experience from various start-up organizations.Outside of work, you will find Nicole spending time with her husband and young son, reading or hiking the North Shore mountains.

Tom has been with MOBIA since 2001 and has been integral in MOBIA's growth and building key relationships.
Tom is very knowledgeable in all areas related to the Telecom Industry. He is extremely professional and understands the Telecom business very well. But what sets Tom apart is his fantastic interpersonal skills and his ability to make everyone around him relax during stressful situations.

Nevin Pick

Nevin is the head of MOBIA’s Digital Transformation Services (DTS) team and oversees a team of experienced and professional developers, business analysts, and architects who design and create custom IT solutions to solve customer challenges.
He is passionate about mentoring co-op students and new grads and helping them grow through direct project experience.

Ben LeBlanc

Ben is our subject matter expert on several lines of business with Bell, our biggest and longest standing customer.
During his 32 years at Bell, Ben has held various positions from service technician to central office technician and then to Engineering manager during his last ten years working mostly on Bell’s FTTH rollout. Ben has extensive experience in FTTH design and has been a lead manager on numerous FTTH builds across Atlantic Canada as well as into the Central region. Since joining Mobia, Ben has been instrumental in the engineering of multiple FTTH projects for our various contracts with Bell Canada and other customers. Ben has a passion for designing and building fiber networks, he loves working with our customers on solutions and best practice for their varying needs.

Chris leads our IS Professional Services Delivery Team with a passion for people and to help others to realize their strengths and see opportunities, while removing roadblocks, to achieve success. Chris believes in a servant leadership style by building relationships and trust.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and watching his beloved Pittsburgh Penguins and playing hockey.
