Rob Lane

Rob oversees and drives the strategic growth of MOBIA.
Rob oversees and drives the strategic growth of MOBIA. Over the past 38 years, he has grown the company from a team of 5 employees to over 500 employees across Canada, overseen three corporate transformations, rebranded (ARCOM Electronics to MOBIA) all while ensuring that people — the MOBIA team & customers — are at the core of all MOBIA does. Outside of work, Rob enjoys cycling, fishing and spending time with his family.

Michael Reeves

Mike is responsible for steering the transformation of MOBIA’s core services and go-to-market strategy.
Prior to joining the team in 2014, he spent twenty years helping early stage technology companies develop business strategy, raise capital and be successfully acquired. Mike is a passionate cyclist, health fanatic and an avid reader. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.

Chris is responsible for running MOBIA’s North American business operations.
He brings with him 20 years of technology experience and is passionate about helping customers bridge the gap between technology and business. When he isn’t at work, Chris can be found coaching basketball, volunteering in his local community and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Lenny Liscio

Lenny is MOBIA’s Vice President of Finance. He supports the company’s growth with strategic financial planning and oversees finance and accounting functions.
Having led finance for IT services and solutions companies for over 30 years, Lenny has developed a broad range of skills and capabilities. He’s passionate about growing MOBIA’s business and helping the company bring leading edge and emerging technologies to more customers across North America. Outside of MOBIA, Lenny enjoys his leisure time engaging in sporting activities, and is an avid spectator of sports events and teams, especially the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Jill Martin

Jill Martin is a seasoned sales executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth across enterprise, SMB, and partner-led ecosystems. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, scaling strategic channel partnerships, and leading with a challenger mindset in competitive and fast-evolving markets.
Before joining MOBIA, Jill was the National Channel Sales Leader at Pure Storage, where she helped shape the company’s Canadian go-to-market strategy. From launching the channel from the ground up to securing major enterprise wins, her leadership played a key role in partner success and market expansion.
Recognized for her ability to spark alignment and energy, Jill is a true culture builder. She leads with empathy, fosters innovation, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo when it leads to better outcomes. Her commitment to trust-based relationships, customer-centric strategies, and measurable impact has earned her respect across the industry.
At MOBIA, Jill brings her passion for empowering partners, elevating customer experiences, and leading with authenticity, integrity, and just the right amount of fun!

Jill Martin
Jeff Burbidge

Jeff leads telecommunications and service provider solutions at MOBIA.
Prior to stepping into the Director role, Jeff held the position of Senior Account Manager at MOBIA for 17 years. Throughout this time, he earned a reputation for his commitment to excellence in client relationships. As a result, Jeff has been instrumental in fostering and nurturing key partnerships within the telecommunications and service provider sectors. Effortlessly combining a keen understanding of the industry landscape with deep insight into his clients’ unique needs, Jeff excels at developing tailored solutions for MOBIA’s most important customers. In his free time, Jeff can be found watching his kids play hockey or golfing abroad.

Marc LeBlanc

Marc heads MOBIA’s Office of the CTO for Professional and Managed Services.
With experience working in large enterprises, start-ups, and as an independent consultant, Marc brings a well-rounded perspective to his work at MOBIA. Prior to joining the team, he held a leadership role at Arctiq, where he channeled his passion for creating strong, happy, and resilient teams. With deep technical expertise, Marc prefers to remain hands-on with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Generative AI and other related areas. He sheds light on these topics on his blog and as a speaker at industry events. Outside the professional realm, Marc enjoys mountain biking, scuba diving, and camping with his wife, three children, and two dogs.

Nicole Murphy

Nicole Murphy is MOBIA’s Director of Alliances & Partnerships, where she leads the development of strategic relationships with top technology vendors and distributors. She is passionate about building ecosystems that deliver value for customers while creating opportunities for partners to grow and succeed. Known for her collaborative style, Nicole excels at bringing stakeholders together, sparking alignment, and translating strategy into action.
With a strong background in marketing—including her time as MOBIA’s Director of Marketing—Nicole brings a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to her role. She has led high-impact initiatives such as MOBIA Connect, the company’s flagship technology conference, and has built partner programs that strengthen customer engagement and drive measurable results.
Nicole is recognized for her ability to foster trust-based partnerships, empower sales teams with enablement strategies, and help customers navigate the evolving worlds of AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. She approaches her work with authenticity, energy, and a people-first mindset.
